It can be really difficult keeping up with all your favorite queens! Luckily, a majority of them use social media pages to keep fans updated on everything going on in their lives and careers. Some queens are even nice enough to answer fan questions. Last month, we posted a Q&A with Sharon Needles where she took 20 minutes of questions via Twitter. Now its the Queen of Tumblr's turn, Willam Belli. If you don't have Tumblr or missed these gems, here are a few of our favorite questions and answers posted over the last few months:
Is Willam Belli Your Given name? IF so, where did your parents come up with Willam, and is Belli a shortened version of an Italian name?
Long Story - my grandfather immigrated here from Yugoslavia with the name Filippo and the Catholic nuns at the school my great grandfather was registering him at said that Filippo wasn’t a Christian name, so his father choose William (which was the name of the kid that was before them in line). Their thick ass accent made them say Villum which morphed into Willam and when it came time to name me sixty years later, they spelled it Willam even though it shoulda been Willem. Belli is from my other grandfather who immigrated from the Italian alps and it means ‘beautiful men’ in Italian.
What is your favorite project that youve worked on?
Nip/tuck. I believed that it would turn me into a star. It was the last time I was naive and thought that I would be discovered (i wasn’t).
What's your favorite [Preferred] pronoun when in drag?
He.
Did Logo ever give you a solid reason why you were dropped from All Stars?
They said they didn’t see a “potential for chemistry”.

Did "Ru-Paulogize" come from you, originally?
RuPaulogize was said by me in taping in an interview that they never used, so I tried it again at the reunion.
 | Does DWV ever Lip sync to your songs, or is it all live singing? We do not lipsync because we usually don’t remember all the words so we like to do it live and make up little improvs as we go. |
How's your relationship with Alaska?
She is literally next to me right now. I think if she and Sharon were in the same season, she would’ve won. She was the first person to floor me with lip syncing and make me see it as an art (doing Whitney and getting pissed on). The second was Ongina doing Halo on Christmas eve and raping a hipster Jesus and stealing his crown of thorns.

What was your coming out experience like? How did you do it and what was the general reaction?
I’ve talked about this a lot. Try Google for more. I never came out, really. It was always known and fine. Dad had a gay brother and gay sister (2 outta 5) and mom had a gay sibling (1 outta 5) so I was fortunate enough that when I said I wanted to “marry all NKOTB but especially Danny” at 8, they were fine with it.
"Whitney, Britney, Lohan, Charlie Sheen, and Russell Brand" - Why did you include Russell in that group? He seems to be an intelligent level-headed individual....
He used heroin and every other drug under the sun and was an alcoholic, and he makes fun of his ex-wife in his act. I’m not a fan.
Is RuPaul the shady-shade as executive producer?
I do not know Ru in any capacity except in which he is presented to the viewing public.
I Just found out you play the saxophone.... Is there any way we can get a video of you doing it?

When did you work with Christina Aguilera? and for what video?
Hurt…was real close to Alan Cummings’ role in Burlesque too.
Advice on How to find a wig:
Find a drag queen with a wig you like. Pretend to be butch and take her home. Rip off her wig and nut in it. She won’t want to keep it probably. Viola.
