The season 6 cast of RuPaul’s Drag has a good mix of young queens and established veterans, but Trinity K Bonet is actually both! Although she’s only 22 years old, Trinity has already been doing drag for upwards of 8 years, getting her start at the ripe age of 15. Since then, she has been polished her performance skills into perfection. If there is one place Trinity shines, it is absolutely on the stage. Whether it be in a lip synch or stomping down the runway, Trinity makes her presence known.
Having lived in both Miami and Atlanta, Trinity has spent her career in two of the fiercest drag communities around. One of those fierce queens which surrounded and inspired Trinity is none other than the winner of season 2, Tyra Sanchez! We actually see a lot of Tyra’s sensibilities in Trinity. Not only are they both statuesque bombshells with a mug beat for days, but they both represent younger queens in the competition. Trinity also seems to have Tyra’s competitive drive, saying that while she "isn’t here to scratch peoples’ eyes out, she isn’t afraid to claw her way to the top if she has to".

While many drag queens have other non-drag day jobs, Trinity is one of the elite queens in the drag world that uses drag as her sole means of supporting herself. With most of her life being devoted to the craft, it’s no wonder she’s so polished in her looks and on the stage! As she put so well during her Meet the Queens video "drag is all she knows and it’s in her blood".
Trinity is a classic beauty, but she comes with a little (or shall we say big) attitude. She's not afraid to call a queen out and can back it up with her killer dance moves. Trinity has gained notoriety for her on point Beyonce ip synchs, which almost rival the Queen herself. When she’s on stage, this queen becomes a larger than life force to be reckoned with, and she takes no prisoners when it comes to a lip-synch! Her drag name speaks to the fierceness that we see in her performance and presence. The name Trinity comes from the fierce and powerful character in The Matrix, while the K is for the powerful Kardashian family (but as we learned from the Meet the Queens video, “we don’t use that for legal reasons”).

Despite her hard exterior, Trinity admits to second guessing herself, and even second guessing her audition for the show, thinking she wouldn’t be cast. However, she changed her mind when her mother (who also happens to be her manager and biggest fan) was in the hospital and wrote a note saying “I’m not going to leave you yet, because you haven’t been on RuPaul’s Drag Race!” With the support of her mother, friends, and family, Trinity has grown to be the queen who might just sew, dance, sing, and scratch her way to the top! Can this Atlanta heartthrob follow in footsteps of fellow ATL queen of queens, RuPaul?
