Vicky Vox: "I will not compete on that show next season"

Say it isn't so! One of the most rumored queens for RuPaul's Drag Race season 7, Vicky Vox, has confirmed that she will not be competing this year. This is a huge disappointment for her thousands of fans, and those hoping a big girl would finally take the crown. Vicky remains classy and positive as always, saying "Drag Race does not make you a drag queen".

Are you thinking that this is exactly what someone who is on season 7 would say? Well.. the queens that are still in contention for season 7 are all currently thought to be on "gag order" by the producers (AKA: they can't speak about RuPaul's Drag Race in any fashion, including social media, or they risk not being cast). The queens to watch out for are the ones who have not mentioned RuPaul's Drag Race in the past few weeks. This all may just be a sneaky trick by Ru, but we'll have to wait and see as the queens begin to disappear later this month...

Of course Vicky Vox is not going compete in RPDR season 7... she is showing up to pick up the crown, she has no competition ;)

Vicky Vox has the best singing voice of all 3 and Detox can sing but not that well she can do funny rap and william can sing great but still dosen't have a powerful voice like Vicky love them all but your comment didn't make sense all 3 make the songs together without one or the other they don't work

Sad, but not surprised. Obviously we all want more Vicky, but she's doing her own thing anyhow (and given her association with Willam and Detox, lots of people already love her; she doesn't necessarily need the Drag Race platform).

I love how she says, "I can tell you for certain I will not compete on that show next season." Does this mean that she will be competing in a future season? Maybe she couldn't do this one and has signed a contract for season 8?? Or maybe (hopefully) she's lying to us to stop people asking her.

She couldn't be on the show for legal reason with dwv she had to finish I guess a contract, I think she was supposed to be on season 6 but that's when all the drama with the group happened and Bianca was called to come and replace. Bianca never auditioned for the show she was called in. (But again don't take me up on that you never know what really could've happened
