While the show might not be called "RuPaul's Best Friend Race", there's no denying that some strong bonds certainly develop among the contestants of RuPaul's Drag Race. It's easy to get wrapped up in all the shade and drama, but there's also a lot of love and support amongst the members of the Drag Race family. "RuPaul's Best Friend Race" was coined by Lashauwn Beyond in Season 4 of RuPaul's Drag Race, and this mini series is a playoff that term, modified from Drag Official Editor Bee Reed's Daily Dragsbian Tumblr series by the same name. We've already shared two of our favorite friendships with you, and we're continuing on with yet another dynamic duo of fierce talent!

Phi Phi O'Hara & Jiggly Caliente

Our third installment of RuPaul's Best Friend Race is one that might surprise some people. Though the season 4 editing didn't shine the best light on Phi Phi O'Hara during her time on Drag Race, she came out of the competition with a top 3 finish and a number of good friends, including the one and only Jiggly Caliente (you can call her Jiggly)! Throughout the season, Phi Phi was accused of a number of shady "crimes", one of which was setting up Jiggly during a challenge so that she would face elimination. The two continue to discount these accusations, and confirm over and over via social media how close they are despite how it looked on the show. Some of Jiggly's fans still don't understand how she could possibly be friends with Phi Phi, however, as we should all know at this point, the camera only shows part of the story. While their time on the show may have been seen as clashing queens, there was so much more to the story of Jiggly and Phi Phi's friendship. Not only are Jiggly and Phi Phi both fierce queens, they are also fiercely close friends!

If you step back from the competitive environment of RuPaul's Drag Race, it makes complete sense that two young, fun-loving divas like Jiggly and Phi Phi would come together to form such a close bond. When these queens are on the stage, they turn it out with their  energetic performances! When they're offstage, they are always having a good time and joke with each other like sisters. Phi Phi and Jiggly are also both proudly of Filipino ancestry.

Phi Phi & Jiggly not only perform together regularly, but they often also hang out in New York outside of drag. Back in 2012, they even spent Christmas together at Phi Phi's place! As Jiggly said on her Tumblr, Phi Phi and she are tried and true "Road Dawgs." When it comes to goof-balls who know how to let loose and just be themselves, these two lovely lady-boys have it down to an art!

...And they even share some of their goofiness online...
Between the goofiness and the laughs, Phi Phi & Jiggly also have a profishional side! They are quite the dynamic on camera duo. Last year, the two hosted together flawlessly on MTV. More recently, the two modeled in a Michael Charles photo shoot alongside a number of hot naked men. Even 2 years after their appearance on RuPaul's Drag Race, these queens continue to stay in the spotlight.. together, and we love it!

Watch these besties busting out the Harlem Shake in the middle of their Michael Charles desert photo shoot:
Whether it's a professional shoot or just making goofy faces on Instagram, Phi Phi & Jiggly are a shining duo in front of the camera! And they are equally cute together off-camera. We're so happy RuPaul's Drag Race brought these queens together, and can't wait to see friendships like this continue to blossom on season 6!
