RuPaul to Judge New Reality Competition 'Skin Wars'

RuPaul has been all over reality television these days (The Face and Face Off most recently). It seems judging just 1 reality competition isn't enough for our queen RuPaul. This summer, he is taking his legendary talents to Skin Wars, a brand new eight-episode, hour-long competition series which will be hosted by Rebecca Romijn from X-Men. The competition seeks to find the most talented and versatile body painters in the country. RuPaul will join painting icons Craig Tracy and Robin Slonina on the judging panel.

Skin Wars will premiere on GSN on Wednesday August 6 at 9:00pm ET/PT (8pm CT). GSN executives said that they are focused on transforming its audience with non-traditional game and competition series such as “Skin Wars”. It's no RuPaul's Drag Race, but who wouldn't be excited about 8 weeks of RuPaul while we anxiously await season 7?

Anything ru related and I'm on board. Anyone who hasn't watched face off is seriously missing out. This kinda reminds me of that mini show "the arrangement" lol

Maybe not so much with a big graphic saying "Skin Wars" right after the crushingly sad article about the terrible loss of Maddox Madison to skin cancer? Not intentional but still awkward.

The Face - Yes, and it was so nice to see him with Naomi.
Face Off - Nope, and that's a shame.
Unfortunately it was a show called "Sing Your Face Off", not "Face Off". Would love to see RuPaul on "Face Off" though. That really needs to happen.
