The Sickening RuPaul's Drag Race Season 6 Cast Ru-Vealed!

After months of speculation and an exciting weekend of cast reveals, the queens of RuPaul's Drag Race season 6 have been confirmed! This is the hottest, fiercest, most diverse group yet, and we cannot wait to see the claws come out in February!

In RuPaul's most recent interview with Instinct Magazine, he said "Season 6 is fantastic. The contestants are hungry and I feel like more skilled. We’ve always had skilled girls, but I think we have more skilled girls in season 6. Girls that really know how to follow through on a challenge." Yeah I agree, but since Rupaul is herself a POC, I'm sure the judging will be fair for those few racers who are POC. And Vi Vacious seems like one fierce queen so I'm sure she can go far.

So what you're saying is that half the cast being white is perfectly representative? Yet, if white was as represented in this season as any other race, you would see it as overly made up of persons of color. Sweetheart, you live in a whitewashed world.

Veronica, take it easy. According to the US census, 72% of the US pop. is non-hispano white. Half this cast + the show host don't fit into that category. Hardly «a white-washed world».

So from reading this I have come to realize that Black people are the only group of people that are considered people of color :-/. Perhaps we should look at it this way, Latinos may not be a race but it IS an ethnic group that is grouped with other ethnically minority groups. Therefore, half of the cast are ethnically minority and the other majority. However, being apart of the GLBTQ group makes them all minorities, so what's the problem?

Season 1 were only 2 Bebe and Akashia. Season 2 there were 4 Shangela, Sahara, Mystique and Tyra. Season 3 Shangela was the only one, Season 4 latrice, Dida, Lashawn and Millan, Season 5 only 3 Coco , Honey and Monica. season 6 only 2 girls Trinity an Vi Vacious. Wich means season 3 was the lowest with only 1 girl.

season 3 also had Mariah, Raja and technically speaking Stacy….. so no season 3 didn't have the least.

season 1 had Bebe, Nina, Rebecca, Ongina, Jade and Akashia.
season 2 had Tyra, Jujubee, Jessica, Sahara, Mystique and Shangela.
season 3 had Raja, Manila, Alexis, Yara, Carmen, the return of Shangela, Delta, Stacy and Mariah.
Season 4 had Phi Phi, Latrice, Kenya, DiDa, Jiggly, Milan, Madame LaQueer, Lashauwn and IDK, but I think Alisa is latino?
Season 5 had Roxxxy, Coco, Lineysha, Honey, Vivienne, Monica and Serena.
Season 6 has April, Bianca, Gia, Trinity and Vi.

@TRAnnyJackc season 1 also had Tammie Brown who is Mexican(i believe mixed). season 2 had Tatianna who is also black (mixed)
and Adore from this season is also mexican

Ben, Courtney, Estranja, and Kelly would be my top four right here and now, but I'm looking forward to seeing the queens I'm less familiar with, and if they're even remotely in the same class of talent, this is going to be a phenomenal season.

Hoping Adore gets a nice big slice of humble pie early on.

I'm 100% team Darienne, and have been since the season 5 online casting competition. I love what she's giving in this photo! That said, I'm also looking forward to seeing Gia, Ben and, to my own surprise, Adore.

Am I the only one who doesn't like Laganja? I've never seen a photo of her in drag where she doesn't look miserable.

Am I the only one who is just not, in any way, impressed by Adore? I watched her "Meet the Queens" video, and I was left bored. When I tried to recount who the queens were to a friend less than an hour later, I completely forgot Adore. She left NO impression on me. Still, I find myself forgetting she's even in the cast.

Upon watching this new season, here are MY top:
Laganja, Milk, April Carrión, Bianca Del Rio, and Ben De La Creme. I love them all so much! I prefer the more unique ones. I can't stand Gia Gunn though. Girl needs and attitude adjustment!
